Well after the bedroom or en-suite extension in 2014, we decided to do a single storey 10x5 rear extension and opening up the rear of the house.

If you have read my previous “build one” review on Crown, you’ll know we were nervous about going with the lowest quote.

Well on this occasion we didn’t even get another quote.

This build was bigger than previous, but still went up very quickly, even catching out other trades, such as the kitchen company who pushed our order believing it wouldn’t be ready.

Again we got great suggestions from Guy, which have resulted in the space being so much better, accommodating lots of changes by myself along the way, and taking them in his stride. Guy is very client focused, even when I was being a pain of a client.

At the end of the build, we had an extra £3,000 to pay, and considering that covered some underpinning and lots of extras from me, we were very pleased.

Biggest compliment I can pay is we used them again.
